General Info

2nd runnings from both the L'Internationale and Superknown mashes. Bumped up to OG with 2 lbs of Pils DME. Preboil gravity 1.032 after top-up to 6 gallons (pre-DME)

Experimenting with Loral hops - both regular for bittering and flavor and Cryo for aroma.

Special Procedures

First dose of Cryo hops are in whirlpool for 20 minutes.

Second dose is dry hop.
